General Chapter of the CMM Brothers: 8-28 November 2021
Leaders of the Congregation of Christian Brothers were gathered in Dublin since January 23, 2022 until February 5, 2022, to reconvene after the prorogued Lima Chapter in 2020, due to the outbreak of Covid-19 pandemic. The Chapter took place at Emmaus Retreat Centre.
In the 48th General Chapter that is taking place in Cuautitlán Izcalli (Mexico) from January 20th to February 11th, 2022, Fr Pedro Aguado de la Cuesta (Bilbao, 1957) has been reelected as the General Superior of the Order for the six-year term of 2021-2027.
The XI General Chapter of the Sons of Merciful Love, dedicated to the theme Let us walk together for Mercy, took place from 7 to 20 January 2022, in Collevalenza.
