The Kalasantian Congregation has announced that Fr. Martin Glechner, has been elected Superior General, succeeding Fr. Clemens Pilar, who led the community for the past twelve years.

The General Chapter of the Teutonic Order, convened at the Deutschordenshaus (Teutonic Order House) in Vienna, re-elected Abbot General Frank Bayard on 17 February 2026 for a further six-year term as Grand Master.
