The 14th General Chapter of the Congregation of Jesus Priest, entitled "Continuously questioned by the changing priestly world", met in Trent, and on 7 July elected its new government for a six-year term.

On Friday afternoon, July 1, in a historic first, the 2022 General Chapter of the Congregation of Holy Cross elected Br. Paul Bednarczyk, C.S.C., as Superior General. Br. Bednarczyk, who served as the Vicar General and First Assistant during these previous six years, is the first brother to serve as Superior General in the Congregation's history.
Paulist Fr. René I. Constanza is the president of the Paulist Fathers. He assumed office on June 7, 2022.
The General Chapter of the religious congregation of the Parish Cooperators of Christ the King (CPCR) took place in Chabeuil (France) from 8 to 29 June 2022.
