The challenge of migrations to Religious Life
The 94th General Assembly of the USG (27 - 29 May) will have as its central theme, I was a foreigner and you have welcomed me: the challenge of migrations to Religious Life. The first day of the Assembly, May 27th, will be entirely dedicated to the central theme.
On the second day of the Assembly the work will be around two very important themes for the service of leadership that has been entrusted to all the Superiors General. The morning will be dedicated to self-care, and the afternoon spent on communications, especially in times of crisis.
On the morning of the 29th the Assembly will deal with some issues specific to the USG organization, and there will be a moment of fraternal dialogue with Cardinal João Braz de Aviz, prefect of the Congregation for Institutes of Consecrated Life and Societies of Apostolic Life.
As it happened last November, all the newly elected Superiors General have been cordially invited to a meeting with the executive of the USG on the 26th May at 5.30 p.m. at Via dei Penitenzieri 19, to welcome them personally and offer them some information about the USG.
