Our partner organization, The Anna Trust, is seeking qualified professionals for the following positions:

1. Education and Field Building Program Manager (Full-time, Rome)
   Responsible for developing and managing global education, capacity building, and research initiatives to support elderly Catholic sisters. Requires expertise in elder care, at least 10 years' experience in education and research program development, and fluency in Italian, English, and Spanish.
2. Finance Manager (Part-time, Rome)
   Responsible for the financial health of the organization, including accounting, budgeting, asset management, and financial reporting. Requires a degree in Finance/Accounting, at least 5 years of nonprofit financial management experience, and fluency in English.
