In response to the need to prepare sisters for formation ministry, the International Union of Superiors General (UISG) offers a Programme in English for sisters who will be responsible for accompanying those in the initial stages of formation.
This Programme is offered in the context of present-day religious life, the needs of the Church and the World in the 21st Century.
The 2027 Programme will be held at UISG.
The Programme starts on January 11, 2027 - and continues through July 2, 2027

- Consecrated life and the vows from different perspectives
- Basics of the Ministry of Formation
- Interculturality and Intercultural living
- Human, psychological and spiritual growth
- Spirituality, spiritual accompaniment
- Prayer, community, and ministry
- Creative Forms and Processes for Self-Knowledge
- Discernment and Leadership
- Mission and Global Concerns
LANGUAGE: English
APPLICATION PROCESS:
- Fill in the Application Form by August 14, 2026
- Applicants take part in a ZOOM conversation with the Coordinators of the Programme Applications will be reviewed by the UISG Selection Committee.
- Acceptance/non-acceptance of the Applicant will be communicated to the General Superior and the Applicant
- Each sister accepted for the Programme contributes 4250 € towards its expenses.
