New Superior General of the Parish Cooperators of Christ the King

The General Chapter of the religious congregation of the Parish Cooperators of Christ the King (CPCR) took place in Chabeuil (France) from 8 to 29 June 2022.

The XI General Chapter elected Fr Enrique Martín Baena as Superior General, replacing Fr Philippe Barbier.

Fr Enrique Martín Baena (Spanish nationality) was born in Madrid on 9 June 1972: Director of Exercises (2001-2022) and Director of the "Cristo Rey" House (2017-2022); President of the "Cooperation and Mission" Foundation; Vice-President of the "FECOM" Foundation (Foundation for Evangelisation and Communication); National Councillor of the Guides and Scouts of Europe (2013-2018); Licentiate in Dogmatic Theology and Graduate in Ignatian Spirituality (Ignatian Master).
