Multilingual Programme with simultaneous translation

Faith & Praxis for Global Leadership is pleased to announce the 2027 edition of the International Leadership Development Programme (ILDP), an international formation programme designed for members of the General Councils of Religious Institutes.

The programme aims to support leadership teams in developing the skills and tools needed to address the challenges facing consecrated life in today's context. It does so through an integrated approach that combines leadership, discernment, systems thinking, change processes, conflict accompaniment, and personal growth.

The methodology is experiential and participatory, fostering the integration of theory and practice, peer learning, and reflection on the concrete experiences of governance and animation within Religious Institutes.

The programme will be offered in a multilingual format with simultaneous translation and will include:

• Two online modules (February and April 2027);
• One in-person module in Rome (June 2027).

Among the many topics covered are integral leadership, discernment, conflict management, systems thinking, self-care, and synodal processes. For the full programme, please consult the attached document.

Registration is open to complete General Councils and must be completed
by 15 December 2026.
